How can I stop Toothache

Good oral hygiene is key. Keep your teeth and gums healthy by making sure you brush your teeth twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste and use dental floss and mouthwash regularly. Avoid eating between meals, particularly sweet foods and make sure you are booked in for a regular dental check up at least once a year.
